Our Client Service Centre (CSC) operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with highly skilled and custom-trained personnel to handle all client needs.
Our staff are trained to provide much more than basic call centre functions. They have received specialist training to enable them to interpret service requests and make qualified decisions on how clients' funds are best spent.
- Determine responsibility for action
- Clearly assign priorities in accordance with the agreed response times

- Monitor performance and quality control and take follow up action
- Proactive monitoring to overcome building operational risks
- Provide recommendations on cost effective improvements
