Sydney Buses operates an extensive network throughout the City. There are several main bus terminals in the central business district.

Ferries are one of the most delightful ways to make your way to and from the City across the beautiful Sydney Harbour.

Metro Light Rail is Sydney's newest transport system and runs 24/7.

The monorail has a "city" loop with eight stops throughout the central business district. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete the circuit.

Taxis can be hailed from the street, or engaged at ranks in and around the city. Tipping is not customary.

WHAT THE LOCALS SAY
"Cruising across the harbour on a ferry every morning sure beats getting stuck in traffic on the way to work. Especially in the summer."
