DARWIN PLACES TO LIVE

Darwin City has a number of suburbs within a 5 km radius including Darwin, Larrakeyah, Cullen Bay, Stuart Park and Bayview.

Northern suburbs are approximately 10km from Darwin and close to major shopping centres such as Casuarina. Suburbs include Wulagi, Karama, Jingili, Brinkin, Anula and the coastal suburbs of Brinkin and Nightcliff. The area has attracted many families as the older housing typically has very large blocks.

Palmerston is a satellite city approx 20km south of Darwin with 20,000 residents. Much of the housing is new, layed out in planned community areas with lakes, golf courses and parks. The housing is generally 20-30% cheaper than Darwin. Services in Palmerston are very good and many people choose to live there.
